Whistle Quest 2

I hope this isn't a repeat question, but I've been at the game for over an hour now trying to get the whistle in dungeon 2. Am I the only one having trouble finding it? Can anyone help me?

Which quest? (I'm wanting to think it's second quest, because the first quest level 2 has a simple moon-shaped design that's not too challenging, but the second quest level 2 includes a walkthru wall from the room north of the hidden room in the middle of the "A". And I believe that's where the whistle is located.)
