OK, I'm 18 years old (19 in july), and I finally got my drivers permit yesterday. It was a 40 question test, and i missed 7 out of an allowable 12. GO ME!!!!

I get my license the day I turn 16, and started drivers ed about a month after my 15th birthday. Congrats Goatboy!

You could of missed up to 12!?? WTF!! I could only miss 4 out of 40, and I missed 3. I was sweating on a few of the questions, but I got my permit just fine. I got my permit when I was 16 and a half.

Interesting. My test was only 24 questions, of which I could miss 4. I missed exacty 4. I passed.:)

I need to take Driver's Ed next year, and then I'm getting my permit. I'm already 16 though.

On the subject of countdowns, it is now 48 days until I can buy my own booze. Although all my friends are already 21, so it doesn't really matter much.

Let's see... I got my permit about a week after I turned 16 (would have gotten it that day of, if I hadn't failed the test the first time I took it)... Got my license a couple weeks before I turned 17. I've had my license for almost two years...

Two years on May 25th. I always remember the dates of useless shit... like when I got my license, when I lost my virginity, when I got my piercing/tattoo...

Nevermind, I'm incorrect. I got my permit 2 weeks after my 16th birthday, and I got my license last May or June. The test was 25-30 questions, can't remember, but I do know that I couldn't miss more than 4 or 5.

I started driving when I was 14, and got my license 32 days after I turned 15. Good ol' Montana kids apparenly need to drive so they can work on the farms. My question - what farms?

I'm 15, and I'm scheduling my driver's test today, hopefully for sometime in mid/late May. I took driver's ed when I was 14, and I got my permit a couple days after I turned 15.

Well, I turn 15 about a month after high school starts so I hope I can get my drivers permit quickly after turning 15. Once I turn 16 I get my dads car.
