There was a topic awhile ago about an unreal engine altered to run in console using ascii symbols. I'm trying to find the link the page pointed to, but I can't find it. Does anyone have the link, or remember who started that thread?

I had the site bookmarked, but alas, all my bookmarks were deleted. Actually, it was the site for Quake that I had bookmarked. I believe it was vegeta that posted it. It was also linux only, if I recall.

Yeah, I linked to an ascii quake: http://webpages.onvoy.com/bobz/ttyquake/

I got it to work, but my console resolution wasn't set right so I only saw a chunk of the big picture. Plus I didn't think it was worth messing with to pursue any further. It's neat what people come up with though.
