2nd level Zelda Classic level torch location??

been thru everything i can think of and am one triforce shy of level 9,
it has to be under that one bush,level 8??
but for the life of me i cannot find the red torch that burns away the bushes!!!
i really have made a big effort ,,,,,but to no avail!!

You can buy a blue candle in lots of shops, but I forget where the red one is. The blue one works just as well, though.
