Dumb question

I have been working on my own quest the last few days for the first time in almost two year I believe. My question is this: When you want to add an item such as a heart piece how do you put it on the screen where you want it instead of it sitting in the left hand corner? I know I was able to do it two years ago, but right now I cannot recall ho I did it.

It's a good question.
You need to press page down in the editor to reach page 2.
Then at the left end of page 2, you see a rupee icon, click on it and move your item to your desired location. Press [Esc] and your item is positioned nicely.

Start spots btw are done in similar fashion, but by placing the blue square icon (I mention this because it is related and it is a common question).

Blue icons are cave exit points, while green icons are Link's starting points.

To put it simpler:

The blue one is link's starting position when he's warped by any method other than an entrance/exit warp.

The green one is link's starting point when he's warped using an entrance/exit warp.:)
