clouds/shaddows translucent

I saw in the 182 test quest where in some frames was some translucent cloudcover giving the screen a mystical look.
I tried it but mine are solid instead of translucent.

I clicked on the transparent shadows and shadows rules, but there must be something else I'm missing.

any hints?

I want the lttp woods look.

I found it, it didn't have it checked on the screens layer page.
getting the colors right is another day in paradise :O)

Hit 'b' in ZQuest to rebuild the translucency tables, which should fix the colors as best as can be done.
