anybody know pixil size of a tile?

anybody know what the pixil size on one tile would be when making one in paint shop pro?

I've gone all around it, but can't seem to get it just right.

Tiles are are 16 pixels wide and 16 pixels high.
Screens are 16 tiles wide and 11 tiles high, with a border of 2tiles a side for dungeons, 1 for caves and most everything else I think.
