pictures of tiles

if i were to make like one tile become a 2 by 2 square set of tiles to make it look collectively like a larger version of the original tile, how should i best go about doing so?..is there a way to take a pic of a single tile or something, blow that picture up/make it bigger enough so that it is the size of 4 tiles, and then grab the picture so you have your set of tiles?...am i making sense...what i want to do is remake enemy tiles so that the enemy looks large but i can't seem to do this on my own so i'm wondering if there's an easier way to do this...any ideas?

You take a screenshot of the tilesw in Zquest. Use ms paint to open the file. Use the selecter tool to select the tiles for what you want to make bigger. Make sure you leave an empty space on the tile page for the new tiles in the screenshot.Stick the tile in an unused area in the pic. With the tile still selected, drag one corner of the box until you get the pic the right size. Make sure you go in multiples of at least 8.
