On Friday, I *finally* closed on my new house. Bankers are weird folks, but I got through it all. Wanted to share some pictures of the place (all the furniture you see will be leaving with the previous owners with the exception of the computer desk. To keep it all together, I'm showing our almost new vehicles, too. I've already got 12000 miles on the Land Rover!

I can't seem to find the picture of my wife's shiny red truck. oh well

We hope to have moved in by the 14th. Provided I can find enough boxes to cram all my junk into.

Wow, the perfect family setup. Now all you need is to install the white picket fence, get a dog and have those 2.3 kids! :)

Oh hey, FCF, is that a dish I see on the front? Is it a Dish Network Dish? or Direct?

Very keen, JJ. Yes, it's a dish. I'm not certain, but I think it's DirectTV.

And yes, I do need a lawnmower. Never had my own lawn to mow before. It's been... let's see... at least 5 years since I've mowed a lawn. Probably more like 6. I hope I remember how ;p The lot's only about 1/2 acre, so I'll probably just push it, for now.

All that's lacking is a porch swing.
