Question about the Magic Wand

When the Magic Wand is set to use magic, is it supposed to do anything if you are out of magic? Right now it doesn't shoot anything, but it can still be used as a weapon.

Sounds normal to me. I don't think it needs changing.

Yes it is. You could give the player the wand when they have no magic, and it could be used as a sword of sorts, and it can also trigger the wand flags, ya know..:toast:
