30 days pass can't reply

When a thread does not get update within 30 days you can't reply. I agree with you shouldn't be able to reply to threads that haven't been updated in a long time but what about frozen threads. They stay at the top and you can't reply when it gets that old. I think this function should be changed to where you can always reply to a frozen thread!

Often the purpose of the threads at the top is just to avoid topics that are stupid questions, and usually they manage to get a reply every 30 days. We can add it although we probably don't need it.

Well, for ongoing project threads, like those in forum games or GGD, it gets annoying.
