Some of you have probably already seen this, but I thought it was neat.

NES PC (http://www.junkmachine.com/nintendo/members/tutorial.shtml)

I'd like to see them do the same with a SNES. You could possibly even take Super Gameboy carts and use them for things like the floppy drive, ZIP drive, and CD ROM drive. Kind of like swappable drive bays in most laptops.

I'm planing on doing the exact same thing, except with a differant motherboard that has some sort of "instant on" DVD playback. Perhaps this (http://www.lindows.com/lindows_news_pressreleases_archives.php?id=37) one, or maybe the one that VIA is releasing sometime this year.

That's weird o_O.

Out of curiosity, what the hell happened earlier? I saw 3 of this topic that were completely blank :confuse2:

I was posting through a proxy server and it kept timing out, so vBulletin made the post but didn't put my text into it.

Next time I have a few hundred to spare, I swear I am going to do that.

 Back when I had my idea, it was original! I really should do things like that faster, before everybody starts doing it.

It's pretty neat. I like the CD drive too. Nice touch. It's be nicer though if it were a tad more refined but off well. I also liked the way his keyboard was colored.

that is so cool. I'm with DDX, if I've ever got a couple hundred bucks to spare, I swear I'm doing that.

I don't know about a SNES, that's a pretty small case. Now, if you could find a tricked out UNIVAC, that would be something.
