Tile Scrolling

I just got Beta 182, and I'm having a bit of trouble. On the main screen, to the right, where all the tiles to be put in each screen are. In previous versions, you were able to put the mouse pointer at the bottom of the area, and it would scroll through the rest of the tiles. Well, Beta 182 is not doing it. Is there something wrong, like a bug or something? If it's not a bug, how do I fix it?

goes to the misc. menu on the top, at the far right...then select options...check the box that says "Mouse Scrolling"...there ya have it

goes to the misc. menu on the top, at the far right...then select options...check the box that says "Mouse Scrolling"...there ya have it...also, you could press control+pg down to scroll through the tiles a little more faster and also you could click the blue box on the far right of the bottom box...(where like when you press page down, it changes...there is a blue box with a # in it...click the bottom one to scroll down and the top one to scroll up...
