What happens if you check this in quest rules? Or is it not implemented yet?

it makes it so the one tile border around the edges of a dungeon are not on top of link, as well as they do not block him. You can also pass through a north wall w/ it checked.

Link can walk above the door if this rule is checked.

If you check it, you have to use layers to make Link go under the tops of the doors, lelen; it also means you can have large, multi-screen rooms, or open hallways without door lintels, as well as being able to put doors wherever you want on the upper wall of the room.

It also means that you can have a veritable "cave" style Dmap, only with fully functional doors. :D

Someone experiment to see if doors can function properly in conjunction with secret combos. It would be nice to have 2 separate methods of opening shutters on one screen. Heck, maybe even 3 is possible!

If you check it, you have to use layers to make Link go under the tops of the doors,

not if you set your doors as overhead combos.

You could also change the top frame of the door into an overhead if you want. Overhead combos aren't as flexible in use, but they are very simple to use and conserve map space.
