I've played this demo. And I can honestly say, that this quest somehow got me even more hooked than most other quests that I've really liked. It just sucks you in! It's got some very unique ideas too. I really recommend this quest. And this is during a time when I'm all psyched up about my own impending release of my first demo, and I am still more than willing to admit it. Keep up the good work Demimore. :thumbsup:

ah, one bad note, the outer castle pic, the castle tiles and the classic Gameboy Zelda trees really clash together. May want to alter the trees a bit to blend in with the castle tiles. Its like to different worlds colliding.

They don't clash that badly.

But Demi, we've seen the same Lagoon rip for a good while now... they're nice and all but surely you've got more up your sleeve than just Phillips castle :)

Wow. A :) Smily. Cool. Maybe I could construct a garden for you? Maybe use some of those wall tiles to border a little flower garden at the entrance? Perhaps you could rip a fountain From Ultima 7?

Well, thanks VEL, for fixing the link.... But I did that also, and it worked for me.... And yeah, I know.... I have been using that for long now.... But, I just like that.... And I HAVE build more than just that, and DFW.... I agree, they don't fit in together so good, but I still like it....

The tiles do clash (the castle tiles and GB tiles). The primary reason is the contrast in lighting on the tiles. The GB tiles, being GB tiles, use "simple" blocks of color, giving a clean but detail-less look, whereas the castle's complex, gradiented look clashes with the simple tiles. "Dumb down" the castle tiles...

What game did you get the castle tiles from? They look really good. I also like the Gleeok room.
