Most likely his IP was banned and he posted from a different location. I wouldn't know though. I don't know how the administration goes about enforcing bans. Sometimes they just remove permissions and sometimes it's an IP ban.

Perhaps he was perma banned for some other reason after he made the post. I clicked on the link, and saw misspellings in the first sentence and figured if they're not smart enough to spell "mystucal", they're not smart enough to write something worth my time.
