Making the music smaller?

Earlier, I found a post that recomended a mod thing for WAVs, but this wont make anything smaller. It's only letting me transfer it to IT, MOD, SMD, etc. How do I make the WAV smaller? Thanks!

(I need to put a WAV in a ZQUEST.)

dbPowerAmp can resample wave files to make them smaller. But the sound quality will be poorer.

May I have a link to the correct download? Power Amp has alot of software and I don't know which one is correct! :( Thanks!

All you need is the free dbPowerAmp music convertor. The default installation can convert mp3s to wave of any sample format you like.
