combo cycling on layers

simply put, does combo cycling work correctly on layers? it doesn't seem like it

nope, i wish it did, it messes me up w/my boss i was going to make, but its all ok, i think this might be a bug, but i dont know, we need to have DN tell us whats up w/dat i chink
