This may be another one of those newbie questions, but why is Link on top of the dungeon doors and walking above them rather than him walking under them like normal? I think I did something wrong again. O_o

I didn't even have to read it to know what you were talking about :p You need to give the dungeon a level number. Its under dmap stuff.

It's not that, because I have it set to level 1. What else could be wrong?

The dmap also has to be set as "dungeon".

I am using the tutorial, everything is set correctly in the DMap I think. Please help me!

Make sure the "freeform dungeon" rule is not checked.

Ok, I will check that quickly.

*EDIT: It was checked, just don't know if it fixed it or not. What does the freeform do?

The "freeform dungeon" rule makes it so link walks over the doors. It was added so people could make dungeons that didn't have walls on each side (no overhead tiles), and got rid of the "barriers" on each side.

So make the part that you should walk under, an "overhead" combo and place it appropriately, do that for each door...otherwise, simply uncheck the rule.

Or you can use layers, if you prefer them to overhead combos...they're a little more flexible, but take more work...
