... to delete all those 0 byte files in my C drive? The ones that ZC supposedly generated? I have about 100 of them... and I just want to know if it's alright to delete them without fucking up my computer.

Yes. This bug has been fixed in beta 183.

Ok... but um, there are files that have a size... like this one, s3vvheih.1 is 661 KB, but I have some with similar names, like s3vvlt0j.1 that has no file size.... would it be ok to get rid of the ones with the file size too?
EDIT: I have a lot of files named File00b7.chk and similar names, but they have about 10 KB a piece.... are those generated from ZC too? Or can I get rid of them?

.ck files are generated by your scandisk program. They contain data from lost clusters. I generally delete them, but you might want to open them in wordpad or edit to see if they contain anything you want to keep before erasing them.

They have like a 1 character extension.... like .1 or .o or something....
