Appearing in the top left?

When I made a dungeon, Link shows up in the top left hand corner of the entrance room, and he can't move cuz he is inside the wall. How do I fix this?

In the map editor(main screen), press page down, and select the green square. This is link's position when he is warped via an entrance/exit warp. The blue one is for all insta warps.
