Overdose

I have overdosed on the guitar.

I have been having problems with my left hand recently (my playing hand) and I went to visit a hand surgeon. He said that I am suffering from tendonitis in my index finger from playing guitar too much.

I find it funny that I am suffering from playing guitar too much. I have officially overdosed on rock and roll.^_^

That doesn't mean you have to stop playing, though, right? That would suck :(

One of my friends who plays the guitar got tendonitis in his elbow (don't remember which one). He had to take a significant break, but now he is playing just as much as before.
