What is the correct meaning of "DVD" and the "XP" in windows xp!

I thought dvd was digital video disk, but on alot of players it says DVD Video and having video twice seems repettitive!

DVD = Digital Versatile Disk

XP = eXperience the Pain

:shrug: Not sure about XP...

XP is short for Experience. I'll leave you to decide just what is a Windows Experience, then.

I think the Windows Experience includes seeing your first BSOD, having a program crash for no reason, and calling MS tech support for the first time. ;)
