special rooms & secrets

ya know how in certain rooms (like shops), when you grab something or do something, the shutters open & guy disappears, well, in those rooms, are the secrets activated too?...like if i were to give a goriya bait in the "feed the goriya" room type, would my secret tiles appear?

EDIT: Also, if you were to have a trigger enemy in one room and secets in that same room with the screen flag enemies-->secrets flag enabled, and another screen with a boss flag but no enemies, would the secrets on the first screen be activated from the start, or would the trigger enemies only go away once you enter the boss room and then leave?

I know that if you get the item in the "Special item" guy room, the secret is triggered and the boss flag is un-set. But I'm not sure about the feed Goriya rooms. I'll test it out soon.
