A friend told me that at a store called Funcoland, you can reserve a copy of the new Zelda game for GC and get a gamecube version of OOT with it for free!

Thats the new Zelda game+OOT!

The whole thing cost $50. Is that a deal or not!

Anything like this running around whee you guys are.

I think it's pre-order only.

But still, I am not sure which stores you can pre-order it from.

I'm surprised that there are still Funcolands floating around. I thought they had all been eaten up by Gamestop.

Hmm... Do you actully go to Nintendo.Com. Instead of finding rumors, get the facts. You are not getting it for free. Why would Nintendo do that anyway. :shrug:

You get the Bonus Disc for free when you pre-order Zelda: The Wind Waker starting Feb 16th. (if you preorder before then, you can pick up the bonus disc Feb 16th)

yeah, that's Nintendo's deal, not just Funcoland.

They have, but sometime this year I suppose they will all have their names changed to Gamestop.

You know thats actually kind of funny. Because when I was there today (preordering) the guy at the counter told me that they were changing to a "Game Stop" :laughing:

JUST Funcoland? That fucking sucks! A lot of stores should have that deal, but then again, Funcoland is desperate...

It's something Nintendo is giving to anyone, ANYONE, who reservers it... So you can get the game from Wal*mart....even Billy Bob's Cheap Video Game Discount store will give the game if you reserve it.

Ok, maybe thats a bit too much, but all major retail stores who sale video games will do this, so no need to get upset.
