FF7: I'm stuck. On the first CD. I've been to everywhere and I saw what Sephiroth did to a Midgar Zolom and.........
I have no idea what to do next.

FF8: I'm stuck. Again. SO WHERE THE @%#& IS TIMBER???

My recommendations:

FFVII: Look around for Junon. It's near the ocean, to the northeast after you leave the cave where you see Elena, Rude, and Reno again.

FFVIII: Throw it away and spend your time on something productive, such as FFVII.

You get out of the cave, look for a town thats got a huge cannon than when you get in it go down by the towns lake and you will fight a monster, he creates bubbles around your party members that can only be broken by magic spells, after you beat him go to sleep at an old guys house and your next quest starts.

Meh. Just my recommendations... He doesn't HAVE to throw FFVIII away; that's just what I would do...

Ha ha ha, the cave is right by the snake... after you see if go out than go toward where the snake was and you should run into it, sadly i had the same problem, another funny thing is that i couldn't find cosmo canyon my first time either.

Im the FF8 Grandmaster. I beat it 4 times once with all characters at lvl 100.

Tell me why you need to get to Timber and I can help. It really depends on the situation.

You know, the cave that you need the chocobo to get through? It's right in front of the Midgar Zolom. If you have an eneny skill materia, now's a good time to get beta from it, as it is very powerful early in the game.

I found the cave as soon as I posted that. Ha ha. As for FF8, I finished the Dollet mission and the training center shit and I'm now a SeeD. Cid told me to go to Timber and say "But the owls are still around" to some guy. Is that enough detail?

That is enough detail.

Exit Balamb Garden and follow the road until you reach a town, head to the back of the town to the train ststion and buy a ticket for I think its 3000 gil. It will take you to Timber and drop you off by a guy who asks you for the password.

HA!!!!! Thats nothing!

My brother said he would give me 5 dollars if I got everything perfect. That checklist looked like this:

1)All characters at lvl 100

2)All cards and Items

3)All stats for all characters at 255. the only way to achieve this is to devour things (Adamantine=vit+1, T-rexaur=Str+1. And so on.

4)All GF's obviously.

5)All magic at max value for everyone.

6)Eliminate Omega Weapon.

Lets just say that I made 5 bucks and leave it at that.

Hmmm. If I remember, you can't actually do that(32/50-54 magic limit).

Trust me, it's worth it to get beta before you go through the cave. Everything get's a lot easier.

It may be worth it, but it's still a bitch to do :D And that is totally true, he usually ends up knocking out the person w/ the Enemy Skill Materia.. bastard..
