I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this program called VDMSOUND.EXE. It works for Windows NT, Windows 2000, and I think Windows XP. It emulates the sound from DOS boxes. A link to the website to download it for free is here: http://ntvdm.cjb.net/

I don't know how well it works or if it will work for sure, but it's better that nothing, eh? It's a moot point for me because I'm still running Windoze 98 SE. ;) (No, I'm not bragging)

At any rate, may all of your sound problems be fixed and may the owners of Creative quit being stupid about releasing their source for programmers. :mega: <--- Mega Man is understandably neat or something.

Actually jiggly, some people just get illegal ops with the windows version. Most people get those issues on the Windows port, and sound issues on the dos version. So windows may not be an option for some.
