Activating Cheat Codes

I know nothing about designing quests or developing them but I do have a question about how to activate cheat codes.

I know how to open a quest in zcquest but where do I go from there. I want to activate a cheat code in quest IIAD for level 1 in order to fill the magic meter. How do I do this?

You have to get the cheat codes, if they exist, from the quest creator.
