Triforce of wisdom help

I can't find level 9 in the quest "Triforce Of Wisdom". can someone help me out? The author is Randar Zalthor. At least according to the quest imfo. If it is at the spot where there is a 'Smiley" face on a moutain in the death mountain part of the overworld...How do you get in? I tried everything to get something to happen here and I can't find any super bombs.
