I don't care how many Academy Awards it got, don't *ever* rent this movie. I'm not kidding. If you want to see a movie with a plot that makes sense, then rent something else, anything else but not Mulholland Dr.
Foxy and I watched it last night and it makes absolutely no sense. And I don't mean we didn't get it, it just makes absolutely no sense. The ending is just as much as a mystery as the rest of the movie. Wait, mystery is a bad word, fragmented would be better. The movie is like watching a 2 hour dream.
I'm just giving everyone a heads up here. Some of you may sit through an hour and a half of this movie just for the two lesbian sex scenes but trust me it's not worth the crap they drag you through to get there. If you want to watch a freaky movie that at least has the chance to make sense, rent Memento. 'Nuff said.
