Hey guys I got a laptop for Christmas! In fact I am posting from it right now! The good thing is that I am only 13 and I have a laptop! I am so happy! What did you guys get?

Huh? Oh you didn't get a laptop?Oh well, did you get anything better? It is used one, pretty fast though.

Why not get a desktop PC...? Laptops aren't so useful unless you are taking advantage of the portability.

I scored 3 gamecube games, a new controller and an 8 mb memory card.

Games(the 3 best gamecube has) are

1)Metroid Prime
2)Resident Evil Zero
3)Super Mario Sunshine

HAHA good idea in the plane but why not just in the seat had a guy looking at penthouse next to me on my first time to fly:)....i enjoyed that flight. But cool bout the laptops my bass guitar is in the mail as we speek. Merry Christmas

A laptop would be nice to have for a college environment, but I prefer the desktop for the ability to UPGRADE when needed.

Laptop would be fun, but I have a hard time getting off my home computer. The last thing I need would be to be able to play games anywhere I go(but it would make one heck of a GBA).

Well, I needed a computer of my own, but my mom couldn't find any good priced desktop PCs so she got me a laptop instead. I also got a GC, Metroid Prime, and Super Smash Brothers Melee! Also I got Metroid Fusion which I beat already.

I use my laptop in conjuction with my GPS when I fly. Also, its good for using cameras. I put an XCam in the nose cone of a model rocket, and I was able to watch it live on my laptop. It's also good for long road trips with a 12V adapter.

I suggest you get a 12V adapter seeing as how the batteries only last like 2 hours.
