Pure Quest Help!

I am at level 5 in this game. I have searched this dungeon over and over looking for something to do. I found the wand, but I need magic power to use it. Also what do the blue torches in that level mean.

I solved the problem I had earlier. But I have a HUGE problem with this dungeon. To get the final key, there is a very hard block maze. I have tried it several times and it is so boring. Can anyoe help me?
