I started last night. Mainly doing some early leveling up, already rescued the princess.

I've been wanting to do this for awhile, and I've got plenty of free time latley. So, wish me luck. And I'll keep you updated.

I played it a while ago and picked a pretty balanced team. I had a Fighter, Black Belt, White Mage, and Black Mage. But, I didn't get very far cause I got so tired of the massive leveling up I had to do just to survive...:(

2 Fighters, One thief, one black mage. I like ff1, I just play the rom now, and I can't stand it, just like I can't stand playing as white mages.

But white mages can get annoying at times but they have there good purposes maverick...

It's good to have one white mage, or sometimes I switch out one of my black mages for a red mage, there good enough, and they get the job done.

Yeah but I wouldent switch a black mage for a red I like the black mages too much.

Usually I like to have a fighter, red, black, and white mage. The red mage can hit pretty much as well as a fighter, and he can double up on your cures and other spells. The blac mage can just tear into people, while the white mage has your back, and takes out the un-dead.

that's he same group i use. fighter, red mage, white mage, and black mage. :kawaii: i'll consider taking one of the man challenges sometime. maybe the one fighter/black belt challenge. if not then the single white mage challenge. its the hardest challenge i hear but i think i can accomplish it. :kawaii:
