/me runs to play Wild Arms, then, after many minutes of flailing his arms and singing random 18th century marching songs, realizes that you were talking about a video game. Furthermore, Beldaran then realized he had no idea which console or system this game is for. He then took a poop on your post.

Both of you have still failed to answer what system it's for, or anything about it.

It's for the PSX. It came out a little while before FF7, so the graphic quality isn't that great. Nor is it very innovative. Despite this, it is still a pretty good RPG that is certainly worth playing. In fact, I was playing it about 15 minutes ago - I'm up to the Forest Prizon.

Probably the best thing about this game is the different abilities the different characters have. Rudy can use the ARMs, which are basically hi-tech weapons like rocket launchers. By taking them to the various ARMs meisters, you can have them upgraded making them better. Jack uses the fast draw, which is basically a set of different attack techniques, but also includes some oddball ones like healing and stealing. By finding secret signs, you can decrease the MP cost of the techniques. Cecilia uses magic, but to learn spells, you must first find crest graphs to which you can bind the spells, which are then made by combining two elemental crests (i.e. fire and water).

I thought it was coming out in Spring 2003. What was the battle system like? Was it like Xenogear's system, that was my favorite PSX RPG.

Wild ARMS 3 has been out for some time, I've rented it twice. I won Wild ARMS 2: 2nd Ignition, and though I never beat it, it's a good game, graphics nonwithstanding.

WA3 is cel-shaded, and begins in the Wild West, but from there it moves into a more Fantasy-style game, with dragons, monsters, and a megalomaniacal group trying to take over the world. But the gameplay is great; you use various tools to solve puzzles (IE, Gallow's Freeze Doll, Clive's Bombs, Jet's Boomerang, and on and on) and combat's a hoot: Your characters actually move around (automatically) in battle while shooting and reloading their guns. Fun stuff.

The 3rd is great! and so was the other 2. Since I'v played the other 2... I'm finding all sorts of stuff that I sar in the first 2. There was alot of work put into it (Since I'm only 1/4 of the way through it I can't tell how good the story gets... I just got the sandcraft)... And I hope everyone got a PS2 for X-mes...
