I can't remember what the URL is, but a year ago or so I found a really funny website with actual transcripts from Microsoft's tech support department. You'd be suprised how stupid some of those people are. Here is a paraphrased example that I can remember:

MS: Hello, welcome to Microsoft Tech Support. How can I help you?

C: Um, yeah, I can't get Word to work.

MS: ok...well, is it giving you an error message?

C: no.

MS: Well what's it doing?

C: Nothing.

MS: Nothing? What do you mean? It's freezing up?

C: Yeah. When I try to start word nothing happens.

MS: Ok you should try re-installing the program.

C: How do I do that?

MS: Well, put the CD-ROM in the drive and...

C: What CD-ROM?

MS: M'am, do you own Microsoft Word?

C: No.
