Yeah, I don't see why the admins need to test user creation, since it's been working fine for a long time. And if they need a puppet account, they already have Zelda64GLD...

Cute user names are usually alter egos, or maybe troublemakers like Armageddon Administrator. He'll probably either never post again, or claim he's War Lord and get banned.

That guy's chances of posting are next to none. Most newly created accounts that go on later to post are verified when they are created, and they are displayed as such by saying "Newcomer" instead of "Unverified". A lot of people who create accounts to try to make trouble (but this guy might not have done this), probably put in bogus e-mail addresses to try to avoid detection ... effectively throwing the key to the account into a black hole.
