dark rooms

i have a cave where there's a dark room...it uses an ice blue cset...when i make the room dark and play my quest, the room isnt really dark; everything is just a darker shade of blue...how do i set up a dark screen properly?

make sure on Zquest that you press 'L' to see how it looks in the dark. i noticed with the PureZC set, no dark rooms have been set up. What you can do to make the dark set work is edit that level pallette for the next sets of colors

Go to Quests >> Graphics >> Pallettes >> Levels
go to the set you are working with (I'm on 6 for the Ice one)

Click 'Dark' - this fixes your color set for dark rooms

hit the 'L' button to turn out the lights, therefore seeing what the dark room looks like.
