Have you checked the Quest Database? Go into Quest Discussion and search for links to quests. You'll find some pretty good ones.

Now that I'm here, you'll find some pretty good quests examples in my signature. (Not to advertise or anything, just my 1.90 unfinished quest is full of good starter tiles, especially if 163 doesn't work.)
