For the oddest of reasons my money is capped at 255 on all quests. I just want to know if its a bug or not.

Not a bug, this is the standard maximum number of rupies that you can hold in a quest. In the original NES game, they used eight bits to store the amount of money you had, permitting a range from 0 up to 255 rupies.

Newer quests have wallets you can grab to push your maximum up to 500, or 999 rupies.

I think there might also be a quest rule that you can use to hold more money.

no..i dont think so Vel...you just need to put a wallet in your quest or edit the initial data so that you have a big wallet from the start...you'll need a big stash if you want lots of cash

I just checked, the rule is called "999 rupies from start".

oh!...damn, i 4got about that rule...i guess so; does that rule make it just so that you can carry a maximum 0f 999 rubies or you actually have 999 rubies?..

It makes it so you can carry a max of 999 rupies.

Ohh. :p I always thought that rule made your start out with 999 rupees. So actully it lets you start out holding 999 rupees with no wallet. Still learnin' the basics. :D

okay i get it but how do you get a larger wallet size in the 1st quest. I hate knowing that there i get capped at 255 and I cant get the blue ring.

There is no wallet in the 1st quest. That is the remake of the NES Zelda, which had no wallets. Save rupies, and don't use arrows.

Sad, but true. :shakeno: But if you're still using 1.90, you can use the two wallets as animation, (a'la Revenge2) so.

Hey if you want to play the original Zelda with wallets (and everything else) Wait and play my Zelda Remake. Speaking of which, something big happened to it, and it will make VEL a little mad as well. Sorry VEL. I hope you don't get mad... :scared:

Actually I don't know what you're talking about. The only thing that would really piss me off is if somebody stole graphics from my quests.

Do you mean Bs-zelda graphics... I don't steal peoples tiles. I only take ones that are for grabs. That was a big clue right there.

O.K. I think I know what your doing now. ;) If it is what I think it is I wouldn't be mad. I released the BS tiles for everyone to use so I wouldn't get mad if people used those. I would only get mad if people ripped tiles from my quests or from screenshots of my quests before I released them.
