Let me help out, if you haven't gone there already. Its simple, on the screen make sure you have a cave tile or stair tile. Put the blue square thing(where link will appear) in front of the tile. Go under tilewarp in... options? (not sure. don't keep that close on eye on the menu names.) Anyway, under here choose d-map to go to, pick the screen on the d-map and choose enterance and exit as tile warp type. Thats a short description. Any more questions, see the thread above. ;)
