how do i insert a picture under my name so that it shows in the margin every time i create a post?...i want a "trademark logo" that some of the other people on this forum have!

yeah, all of us who have things that "show in the margin" don't know how the hell they got there.

*ahem* I'm going to be a bit more friendly than my forum mates here. Look in your user CP for the "Avatar" option; it has what you are looking for.

Beware, unless something has changed, you cannot have a personal avatar that no one else does until you have 1000 posts. And also, there is a forum for asking forum questions.

You can still have a public avatar, Melonhead. Custom avatars take 1000 posts and 90 days.

I know, you misunderstood my post.
And as much fun as prodding the dragon seems, Breaker and I have history, and since he's Senior Mod....

Custom avatars do not require the 90 day wait last I heard. Titles do.

I wouldn't be too sure. A guy came in here saying he was a neighbor of War Lord. Whether he was or not he got banned. Trust me if you happen to know someone here it won't help you much. ESPECIALLY if it is Breaker!
