Cloral had mentioned it first in the topic of which I know you mention of. I thought it was humorous as well. Makes sense when you consider people could cheat with Xbox live with online games.

I just find it funny so many ppl are bitching and making excuses about it..

haha.. it's like adding that light thing to your GBA and then wanting to cash in your warrenty.. it's dumb! Messing with the thing voids the warrenty, hence you are treading on thin ice doing so. heh, oh well..

The thing is, hacks would be possibly cause Xbox uses a varient of the vulnerable Win32 OS. If you know how bad online hacking can be, you'd see why Microsoft made the right choice in trying to screw over modded systems. And i do mean "try" as eventually someone could get around it. It's a game of cat and mouse most of the time.
