Quest Database Question

So the quest database is down, right? Well, I read the post about using an FTP server to download/upload Zelda Classic games, but I have never used FTP before. Where can I download this program so that I can download quests again?

That FTP server used to be owned by Eckels, but I believe he's had to take it down since he needed the webspace. Until another database makes itself available, a Homestead account and a Yahoo briefcase appear to be your main options.
