What does the "full screen warp" screen flag do?

When you warp it also warps the enemies and items, not just Link.

The trick is to not let the features pile up. As a tester, I'm privilaged enough that I can master a feature, then move onto the next rather than be overwhelmed.

The problem is that there are zillions of new features since 1.90. That's why I want it released now before more features are added.
