I have 99 out of 100, and I used the strategy guide. I marked them off as I went, so I thought I would have no problem.
One of the ones that isn't marked, one I didn't pick up, isn't there. It's the one behind the Stadium, and I thought I saw it before, but I don't think I got it and saved.
I have 99 marked packages, and 99 on my stats screen. But that last one isn't there.
So, is the last one supposed to appear after the main missions are complete? I want that damn helicopter! Thanks.
