So Thanksgiving is coming around the corner. So what are your traditions? Mine would have to beat Super Metriod (the first time I ever beat that game was on Thanksgiving) and then I have some family coming over. How 'bout you guys?

Normally we get together with a bunch of extended family and pretend to like each other. I think this year will be no exception.

My mom always makes cranberry relish, and buys sweet pickles every year ever since I can remember. That's all I can think of. Maybe once in awhile someone will come to visit, but not the same people every year.

I'm going to visit my mother's side of the family and their friends with my dad, grandmother and step mother and brothers.

Besides the massive turkey feast that leaves us with weeks worth of left overs, we have no traditions.

I suppose the closest we could come would be that we usually have some extended family over(my sister's girlfriend's family), but they arent actually related to me by blood. that started a few years ago.

My family's traditions include going to my aunt and uncle's house in Conn. with a big collection of food and ever bigger collection of desserts. :D

We just go to my nanny's house and then after dinner we put up our Christmas tree.

Well I decided to just beat the game today (Super Metriod). At the end I had: Time: 4:17, and 90% (The 90 is the best I have ever gotten!).

For my thanksgiving I just go over to either my nans and pops or my aunts and uncles! Sometimes I just stay home and have family members come over for a cooked dinner! Than after I go to my room and play games and watch T.V. until it is time to go to bed and SLEEP!

We stay home and clean for 10 hours, people arrive, they stay and eat for 4 hours, then we make our house messy again over the next week.

I always run a movie marathon for Thanksgiving. The kids will get some movies and the grown-ups get some movies. Of course, we never play anything R rated. And we always end the marathon with Christmas movies.

In short, I'm in charge of the entertainment.

Same here. But we usually like to go to a movie afterwards. Dunno when that started, we just seem to keep doing it over and over.

Well, the first 2/3s of Thanksgiving is over. Now time for left-overs and un-cleaning the house.

We have this thing with dinner. It's really called 'seafoam salad,' and is made of green jell-o and marshmallows, but everyone in our family calls it 'green stuff.' we have it every year with thanksgiving and christmas.
