Sorry, no clue who had that. Radium is the only one I recall i think with a guy and a cup of something.

That was Teilyr's custom avatar. Unfortunately he seems to have changed it.

There is a wide range of public avatars to choose from. You may begin using custom avatars after 1000 posts.

To use a public avatar, go to "user cp", then "edit options", then "change avatar". You may then select from the list.
