I dont want to sound stupid, but I dont know how to install Zelda Classic and the Beta edition. Whats the process on it, and this is not a trick post! I really can't figure it out!

Just download it and put it all in one file.
Are you getting some type of error?

Well, I have ZC 190. I want the beta, but it can't locate some dll thing.

Don't expect to work easily. For some reason, this beta is real touchy and hard to make work for the first time started. You will more likely see an error message like the DLL file, but is won't be about the DLL file. If is doesn't work, go into Zquest instead. Play around with is first. It may just work after that. :D
