I made this same thread months ago and all I got was peeps telling me it was easy!! (I also still dont know how to use that thing!)

Level Designer (http://www.leveldesigner.com)

Its what used to be UnrealEd.net

It has a lot of good tutorials on UT, UT 2K3, and such
