meteor shower

is anyon else gonna get up by 5 am tomorrow to watch the shower? i'll be awake a freezing out at the south rec field. then i'll come back to the room for an hour or so, and then to breakfast and class. what about you guys?

I missed the last big meteor shower. It was a little before last Thanksgiving and year ago and I missed it because I decided to work on my ZC quest. But the quest was like sucky so I quit.

I got up at 3am to watch it and didn't see anything. I heard about it on the radio no wonder. I will definitly get up to watch it. I love watching the stars and I'm fascinated with space.

I wish I knew a good place to watch it around here. Unfortunatly, I'm in the middle of a city and don't have a car. I hate light pollution.

I'm going to try to get up in time. I think there is also supposed to a partial Lunar eclipse tonight.

I understand the light pollution thing...its times like these I wish I were home.

I might, but most likely not. I saw the meteor shower last year though. It was pretty cool.:thumbsup:

ok. i've got more info. there's two peaks, around here(EST) there's one at 11pm and one a 5am tomorrow morning

and tuesday 8:15-9:15(est yet again) is the lunar eclipse someone mentioned
